Carl Benbow is a SAFe Program Consultant and the Chief Executive Officer at Synergistic Agility. He has a proven track record of leadership expertise in improving operational efficiency for large-scale initiatives, both in private and government sectors. Carl oversees an organization that provides certification training for large and small organizations assisting in Scaled Agile transformations, increased productivity, and greater market penetration.
Carl has a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University and bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Stonehill College. He is also a Scaled Agile Program Consultant, Agile Certified Practitioner, Project Management Professional, Earned Value Management Professional, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
Sahim Zaid is an accomplished business analyst with a background in User Interface Design & Marketing Communications. He has a career that spans more than 15 years, delivering expertise in consulting with competitive insight, analysis, and digital platforms for a B2B & B2C markets.
Sahim holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Salem State University. He is responsible for helping to build brand awareness and strategic business development efforts at Synergistic Agility. As an acknowledged industry expert, he is credited for producing executive-level presentations, web site developments, digital marketing, and overseeing the roll-out of corporate branding controls for established and start-up companies.
Shabir understands the corporate agility challenges after having worked in the traditional waterfall management processes. He comes with hands-on agile experience under a variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, banking technology & medical devices. Having successfully led large scale agile transformations, Shabir understands the team, program & leadership challenges across every organization and looks to impart his experiences to those seeking to learn about agility as a business imperative.
Shabir resides in Buffalo, NY, and is currently involved in mentoring junior professionals, business owners, and students from all walks of life. He serves as a program consultant on behalf of Scaled Agile, Inc and partners at a large leadership development group in North America.
